This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in finance while contributing to a mission-driven organisation.What You'll DoAssist FBPs in preparing monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary.Support budgeting and forecasting processes across divisions.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.Analyse and interpret financial data, providing clear explanations to non-finance colleagues.Contribute to financial reviews, performance monitoring, and risk analysis.Help roll out new financial tools and systems.What We're Looking ForQualifications:Actively studying or interested in pursuing a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT)ORMinimum of two years' experience in a finance role (e.g., accounts assistant, finance administrator).Experience:Assisting in the preparation of management or statutory accounts.Handling and analysing financial data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).Communicating financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.Other Requirements:Flexibility to work across locations.Skills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively and use initiative.Passion for supporting Inspire's vision and values.Why Join Inspire?Be part of a mission-driven organisation making a real difference in mental health and wellbeing.Enjoy a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Comprehensive induction and ongoing training.
