HR Manager US Law Firm
Elite US law firm with hugely impressive City based offices is seeking to hire an inaugural HR Manager with a strong career path ahead of them, to join their brilliant HR team in London, reporting to the Director of Administration.

HR Manager duties will include:
\t
* Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the firm in London.
\t
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
\t
* Team management responsibility for the London HR and Business Services teams
\t
* Handle complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
\t
* Act as a trusted advisor to Partner and management peers, providing coaching and HR support.
\t
* Support organisational change and workforce planning.
\t
* Drive opportunity & engagement initiatives.
\t
* Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking and reviews.
\t
* Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and systems.
HR Manager requirements:
\t
* 5 years+ HR management experience within a law firm
\t
* CIPD qualified
\t
* Experienced in managing and mentoring a team
\t
* Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
