We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy logistics operation. As HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR activities and maintaining the accuracy of employee data. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, producing management information, and delivering an excellent service to managers and employees across the business.

A significant part of this role will involve manipulating and analysing HR data to support reporting and business decision-making.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and GDPR requirements.
• Produce regular HR reports and management information, including absence, turnover, headcount, recruitment, and performance data.
• Manipulate and analyse data using Excel and HR systems to identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
