We are looking for a proactive and detail¿driven HR Administrator to join our People Services team, supporting Reward, Recognition and Analytics across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, values excellent HR practice, and is passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued, celebrated and empowered. In this role, you¿ll provide high¿quality HR administrative support while modelling our vision, mission and values. You¿ll help maintain accurate HR systems, support managers and employees with policy queries, and contribute to the development of reward and recognition initiatives that make a real difference across the group. As our HR Administrator, you will:
1. Maintain accurate electronic HR records and trackers
2. Prepare HR letters, documents and templates in line with legislation and best practice
3. Check and process information to ensure compliance with employment law
4. Use our HR systems to create reports, analyse workforce trends and support decision making
5. Promote an inclusive workplace in line with equality and diversity best practice
6. Support managers, employees and volunteers with HR processes and policies
7. Work collaboratively with the People Team to deliver excellent customer service
8. Assist with wellbeing bulletins, surveys and reward initiatives
9. Help evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes using data and analytics
10. Provide wider HR support when required across People Services
We¿re looking for someone who:
11. Has experience working in a busy administrative or HR environment
12. Is highly organised, accurate and confident managing multiple priorities
13. Communicates clearly, both in writing and verbally
14. Can interpret data and create meaningful HR reports, charts and dashboards
15. Understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding
16. Works well with others and builds positive relationships
17. Demonstrates empathy, professionalism and our organisational values
18. Has strong IT skills, including Excel
