Ready to make your mark as a Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Manager? This permanent role is based in Fermanagh, within a well-established organisation known for ongoing investment and growth. You will play a key role in promoting best-in-class SHEQ standards and supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement SHEQ strategies across multi-site operations.
* Drive compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.
* Support site leadership teams to foster a strong safety culture.
* Champion best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee adherence to relevant standards including ISO 45001.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a SHEQ role within manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
* Familiarity with ISO 45001.
* Understanding of environmental and quality standards is a plus.
* Proactive mindset, comfortable working collaboratively across teams.
