Job Description

Job Title: Customer Sales Executive

Location: Office-based in Stonehouse, Gloucester

Hours: Flexible – min of 25 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Employment Type: Full Time / Part-Time

Salary: £14 per hour + incentive scheme + pension

About the Role

As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll be the friendly voice of Windsor Telecom, engaging with our existing and potential B2B customers during school term times providing real flexibility. Your focus will be on:

* Proactively contacting existing and potential B2B customers through phone, email, LinkedIn etc to build rapport and nurture relationships
* Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to add value through our IT and telecoms solutions
* Acting as the first line of defence against customer churn, ensuring satisfaction and continued engagement
* Supporting the wider sales team by spotting opportunities and passing qualified leads for Account Managers to follow-up
* Keeping customer records accurate and up-to-date within our CRM system

This is a flexible hours role (min of 25 hours) perfect for individuals looking for a rewarding and flexible job that can be full time or with hours flexibility.

* Excellent communication and people skills – you love talking to customers and building genuine connections
* You don’t need to be a tech guru but are interested to learn how communications and IT can help businesses deliver brilliant customer and colleague experiences.
* Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
* A proactive mindset – you enjoy solving problems and finding opportunities
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable, but we’re happy to develop the right person
