We're looking for a talented Retail Catering Manager to join a dynamic team at a world-famous motor racing clients state-of-the-art Restaurant. As a key member of our catering department, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services to our customers. Our client’s site is a world-class venue, hosting a range of events throughout the year, and we're looking for someone who can help us provide a top-notch experience for our visitors.

About the Role:
As Retail Catering Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting our teams in delivering catering services across the site, including our new pizza restaurant and bar operation. You'll have a practical working knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures, and a strong understanding of fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments. Key Responsibilities:
* Catering Operations: Deliver high-quality catering services, including our pizza restaurant and bar operation
* Financial Management: Ensure compliance with financial procedures, manage cash handling and stock, and maintain accurate records
* Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and customers
* Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
* Team Management: Lead and manage a team of catering staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery
* Event Delivery: Assist with event planning and delivery, working closely with our sales and corporate teams
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Experience in a similar catering environment, preferably in a QSR or pizza-style setting
* Skills: Excellent customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in food handling, COSHH, and HACCP are desirable
* Personality: A passionate and enthusiastic individual who can lead a team and drive sales growth
