AsaPayroll&HRAdministrator,youwillberecognisedasanexpertinpayrollandHRadministration.Youwillsupportinprovidingexcellentcustomerservice,answeringbothtelephoneandcasemanagementqueries,communicatingdirectlywithourcustomeraccurately,inatimelymannerandwithinagreedSLAs. Therolewillsupportandhelpourcustomerbyensuringthattheinformationprovidedisclear,accurateandconsistent,aswellassupportingimprovedwaysofworking,ultimatelyenhancingthepayrollbyreducingerrorsandvolumeofqueries. Responsibilities Monitoringandrespondingtoanyoutstandingcustomerqueries,ideallywithafirstcallresolutionorescalatingcomplexquerieswhenrequired PlayingakeypartofthedailypayrollandHRAdminschedule,escalatinganyoverduetasksforsupportaswellasupdatingtheinformationinResourceLink. QualityAssuranceofonshoreandoffshorework,auditingagainstcurrentstandardoperatingprocedures Supportwiththeresolutionofanyserviceissues,supportingtheresolution,updatingofprocessmapsandStandardOperatingProcesses(SOPs)orDWIs Identifyingandactioninganyopportunitiesforprocessimprovements EnsuringcontractualSLA'sareachieved Skills&Experience ProvenexperienceinaPayrollAdministrationrole.
