HR Administrator
6 month FTC
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team within a global, purpose-driven organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their HR career in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support onboarding, contractual changes and leaver processes
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
* Respond to HR mailbox enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
* Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities
* Ensure HR processes are followed in line with established procedures
Candidate Profile
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR or a similar function
* Strong understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels
* Strong IT skills, including good working knowledge of Google Suite
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and use initiative
* A proactive, reliable team player with a positive and professional approach
