WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Managing a full recruitment cycle across both technical (C++, FPGA) and back office roles (Compliance, Finance, Legal, IT), guiding candidates through all stages of the interview process and ensuring a brilliant candidate experience Collaborating with external teams, overseeing and managing the overall interaction with external agencies Constantly optimizing every stage of the search process and making our recruitment better WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU: Previous experience in recruitment across IT and/or back office roles, whether in an in-house or agency setting, is highly valued.
