Sales Executive – Events & Hospitality
Established over 10 years ago, our client is a leading event & experience provider, working with a range of corporate organisations and charities across the UK. They offer end-to-end event management services, ranging from gala dinners, corporate sports days, silent auctions and more – all with aims of supporting charity fundraising.
They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team in managing onboarding & long-term relationships with existing clients. This role is at the heart of what they do; successful candidates will be customer-facing, providing first-class customer service with clients on a daily basis & ensuring that events are planned & run smoothly.

This is an office-based opportunity for candidates commutable to Shepperton on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
* Handle onboarding processes for new clients including scheduling welcome calls, providing new member information, and supporting on milestones & other success measures
* Act as a first point of contact for all member enquiries
* Work quickly to resolve member issues & requests
* Support on end-to-end event delivery, from invitation stage through event hosting
* Track & boost client engagement
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Collaborate with internal teams on a regular basis
The Successful Candidate
* 12+ months B2B or B2C sales experience is ideal
* Candidates without sales experience will also be considered
* Graduates are also encouraged to apply
* Commutable to Shepperton daily
Sales Executive Package
* Basic salary: £30,000-35,000
