About the Role
* Role: Employment Lawyer
* Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
* Location: Nottingham
* Working Pattern: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote, with flexible working arrangements available
* Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, pension, performance related bonus, hybrid and flexible working options, growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters.
* Manage a varied caseload within either advisory, litigation, or key account-focused teams.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused legal advice.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across legal and wider business teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through cross-referral and additional services where appropriate.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law.
* Strong technical knowledge across contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Positive, proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high standards of service.
