We’re working with a leading residential developer delivering a range of high-volume housing schemes across South Wales. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint experienced Residential Site Managers to oversee developments built using a mix of traditional construction and timber frame methods.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive business with a strong reputation for build quality and internal progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundwork through to handover
* Manage subcontractors, site teams, and trades to ensure programme delivery
* Ensure all works are carried out in line with H&S, NHBC/Premier standards, and company procedures
* Monitor build quality, conduct snagging, and liaise with internal departments and clients
* Drive a positive site culture focused on safety, quality, and collaboration
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housing (50+ units)
* Strong knowledge of timber frame and traditional build methods
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Site Manager level) certifications
* Ability to lead and motivate site teams, manage subcontractors, and meet build programmes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
