About You: * You will have quality management experience in UK food manufacturing supplying UK retailers. * Experience of working with BRC and quality management systems * Proven track record of improving quality and food safety * As Quality Manager, you will need HACCP Level 3 What will you be doing? * This role reports to the Head of Technical and you will have full autonomy within your role. * Development and continuous improvement of all sections of BRC & HACCP to keep the AA grade. * Training of the production team ensuring that they are all aware of the importance of food safety systems. * Ensure micro testing is completed per schedule. * As Quality Manager, you will lead BRC and relevant customer site visits.
