This is great opportunity for someone who has 6 months+ telesales, appointment setting or inside sales experience
Overall Purpose of Role:
* Qualify inbound opportunities and pass onto field sales colleagues in line with policy.
* Build/Manage & Maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospective customers / call lists.
* Support DX field sales colleagues in generating revenue from new business customers.
* Support DX field sales colleagues in developing and implementing strategic tele-marketing plans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Make quality new prospect appointments for DX field sales colleagues across a range of spends and sectors
* Achieve & exceed targets & KPIs
* Manage your own pipeline of prospects to ensure a constant flow of new business meetings
* Work with line manager to develop and deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns
* Develop short, medium and long term plans to achieve KPIs
* Develop relationships with senior level contacts (internal and external)
* Attend scheduled sales meetings (internal).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Experience within either Parcels /Pallets /Logistics/Supply Chain industry(Preferable not essential)
