Sales Executive
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm (fully office-based)
Salary: £30,000 basic + £50,000-£60,000 realistic OTE (Year One)

With a turnover of over £5 million and backed by a larger group, the business offers both stability and the energy of a tight-knit, collaborative team. They're now looking to expand due to continued growth.
What you'll get:
£30k basic + £50–60k OTE in Year 1 (uncapped)
70% of your business is from warm renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to existing clients
30% new business from inbound leads and web enquiry follow-ups – no cold calling
Deal values range from £150 to £30,000 depending on client size and need
A team-oriented, down-to-earth culture with strong moral values and shared success
What we're looking for:
Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
Driven, motivated, and confident in a consultative sales approach
Comfortable working to KPIs and revenue targets
Able to build and manage strong client relationships across a wide range of businesses
Positive, professional, and team-oriented – someone who thrives in a collaborative culture and is ready to hit the ground running
Due to continued growth, the business is looking to welcome new team members as soon as possible, but is also happy to accommodate candidates who are currently on notice.
