They have experienced an extended period of growth and have been awarded several new contracts and as a result, they are seeking a Site Manager to join them to work on a decarbonisation scheme to tenanted Social Housing properties (EWI).
This is a great opportunity to join a well established Principle Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of framework schemes.
You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
* The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
* Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
* Monitoring the quality of work
* Liaising with the client
* Programming works
* Ordering materials
* Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained
Experience needed:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly retrofit works.
