One of its premium brands, our client, is a market-leading kitchen makeover and refurbishment specialist with 90 UK franchises. It is multi-award-winning and highly regarded in the franchise sector. They are seeking a sales executive to join their team.
Purpose of the Role
The role involves driving revenue by converting warm B2C leads—individuals who requested a quote but did not proceed—into booked home or showroom appointments. The sales executive will support franchisees and maximize sales conversion through proactive outreach and relationship management.
* Proven B2C telesales or sales executive experience with a strong conversion track record
* Skilled in nurturing 'warm' leads via calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach
* Confident on the phone; resilient under rejection; excellent listening and objection-handling skills
* CRM-savvy: accurate pipeline management and data entry
* Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively
* Proactive, self-motivated, with an 'extra-mile' attitude
