Are you a Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, lead generation or similar, looking to join a well-established construction business offering a specialist, market-leading product, structured training, clear progression and uncapped commission to boost your earnings?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that supplies bespoke, engineered roofing systems to Tier 1 contractors, architects, and design managers nationwide. Due to sustained quarter-on-quarter growth, the company is expanding its commercial team to support increasing demand.
In this role, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching live projects and key decision-makers. You will proactively contact architects, contractors, and specifiers via phone and email to arrange meetings for the technical sales team. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will update the CRM, refine outreach messaging, and provide market insights to help shape the sales strategy.
This role would suit a Sales Executive with a background in B2B sales, Lead Generation or similar, looking for commission, structured training and long-term progression within the construction sector.
THE ROLE:
Research and qualify new business opportunities using Barbour-ABI, Lusha, and HubSpot
Carry out outbound calls and professional sales conversations with contractors, architects and specifiers
Arrange qualified appointments for the technical sales or estimating team
Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales KPIs
Office-based in Royston, full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, flexible start/finish)THE PERSON:
