5-HRM/SDFA HR Manager Central London Up to £120K Permanent 2 weeks or less NP 9am – 6pm About the Client: An international finance firm with central London offices and excellent benefits! About the Role: This is an HR Manager opportunity which will involve working alongside an a small HR team to cover day to day HR operations throughout the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Management of all HR policies and procedures, renewing and updating as required Employee relations Supporting with recruitment across the business Managing annual performance review process Working with wider team to ensure company benefit schemes are up to date Keeping HR system up to date Keeping up to date with UK employment law. Candidate Specification: Prior HR Management experience in a financial services setting Strong team-player, able to work independently as well as supporting colleagues as and when needed Strong knowledge and experience of Employee Relations CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred. Additional Information Salary is up to £120K depending on experience and the business offer excellent additional benefits including a competitive discretionary bonus.
