You Will Be Responsible For:

Leading curriculum design and delivery for KS3 and KS4 Food Technology
*
Overseeing health and safety, resources and assessment practices
*
Promoting food education through clubs, competitions, and community links
*
Supporting and mentoring other DT staff where appropriate
*
Teaching engaging lessons that support practical skills, knowledge, and creativity
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
QTS and significant experience teaching Food Technology
*
Leadership ability with a clear educational vision for the subject
*
Up-to-date knowledge of food, nutrition, and safety in schools
*
Enthusiasm for developing students’ practical life skills
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
