We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying staffing needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful placements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and labor market insights. Requirements Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruiting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
