As we rapidly expand, we're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is enthusiastic about sales and skilled in appointment setting. This is an in-person opportunity located in Canford Cliffs, offering clear avenues for professional growth, including the chance to develop into senior sales roles as the company scales.
Role Responsibilities:
* Set qualified appointments for LeadChoice.
* Set qualified appointments for clients.
* Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
* Maintain and manage client relationships through effective communication.
* Participate in 1-to-1 training sessions.
Core KPIs:
* Number of qualified appointments set.
* Effective client communication and relationship management.
* Achievement of sales targets and contribution to company growth.
