Site Manager (Freelance) - Large Residential Project
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated freelance Site Manager to oversee a large, high-profile residential development in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to manage all aspects of a major project, from initial groundworks to final completion.
The Role:
Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring the project runs on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and oversee all on-site teams and subcontractors, maintaining a productive and safe working environment.
Implement and enforce all health and safety protocols and company regulations.
Monitor project progress and report on key milestones.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
About you:
SMSTS, first aid, gold or black card
Full PPE (personal protective equipment)
Previous experience working on a construction site (Ideally commercial or residential)
