An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Derby based client's busy HR team to undertake a wide variety of admin and support tasks.\n\nThe role is full time, and the hours of work are: Monday to Friday - 8.00-17.00 or 19.00-18.00\n\nThe Role\n\nFor this key role you will be well-organised with great administrative skills. Previous experience in HR would be advantageous but not essential. \n\nYou will be accurately maintaining the HR databases including absence and payroll data, managing and ensure timely, professional response or actions in the HR inbox, you will also be supporting HR processes such as tracking Return to works and processing leavers.\n\nEssential Skills, Knowledge and Experience\n\nExperience in administration\nExcellent communications skills both verbal and written\nAccurate and efficient Data input\nWell organised with the ability to work to timelines.\nTo be able to initiative to manage and organise own workload\nExcellent customer care skills\nScheduling HR meetings and sending invites\nAnalytical and forward thinking, with good accuracy and attention to detail\nAbility to deal with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.If this role sounds right for you, please apply today as we are looking for a new team member ASAP!\n...
