An opportunity has arisen for a SALES EXECUTIVE to join a well-known, privately owned motor group and represent an exciting manufacturer of tech-integrated SUVs with a blend of innovation and style.
Applicants will need to have experience in car sales and be able to demonstrate a passion for great customer service.
Regular activities will extend to:
* Taking customers through the sales process, identifying their perfect vehicle
* Proactively following up leads by telephone and online, converting them to appointments.
* Presenting the full product range, utilising a well-developed knowledge of the to provide the highest standards of customer service – discussing equipment, prices, specifications, technical details and finance offerings
* Conducting demonstration and test drives to build desire and highlight suitability
* Appraising part exchange vehicles to ascertain accurate market valuations.
* Attend on and off-site sales promotions and events.
* Utilising a range of IT to carry out executive level administration and tailored customer vehicle video presentations.
* Work diligently and strategically to meet targets and deadlines.
This role involves a 5-day week across 6 days. .. every Saturday with a day off in the week.
No Sundays.
