Customer Service Manager
Location: Manchester

Salary - Up to £43,000 DOE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm - NO WEEKENDS
Are you a driven and empathetic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing team of advisors, ensuring outstanding service delivery and compliance across the board.
* Overseeing Team leaders and advisors
* Leading and motivating teams of Customer Care Advisors
* Enhancing service processes and business metrics
* Driving compliance and implementing feedback from industry bodies
* Supporting team leaders and fostering internal development
* Collaborating on IT innovation and system improvements
* Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Ensure departmental SLAs are met and regularly reviewed
* Lead recruitment, coaching, and appraisals
We're looking for someone who is:
* 3 years + Customer Service management experience
* Strategic & Empathetic - able to balance business needs with customer care
