Salary Range: Kent Scheme H - £39,355 - £44,900
Contract: Permanent, all year round

Goldwyn School is seeking a forward‑thinking HR Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead all aspects of human resource management across the school.
As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive staff culture, ensuring best‑practice HR processes, and supporting the school’s commitment to excellence. You will provide strategic HR leadership while overseeing day‑to‑day operations across recruitment, staff development, performance, well‑being, and compliance.
