1. Lead dynamic group fitness classes and personalised one-on-one training sessions, tailored to guests' individual fitness goals and needs.
2. Create a positive, vibrant, and motivating atmosphere in the fitness studio, ensuring guests feel encouraged and supported throughout their journey.
3. Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and safety, helping guests achieve maximum results while preventing injury.
4. Collaborate with the spa team to create a seamless, holistic guest experience, integrating fitness into our guests' overall wellbeing journey.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques, incorporating fresh ideas to keep our offerings exciting and relevant.
6. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the fitness areas.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
7. One of Gym Level 2 or PT Level 3
8. Previous studio teaching experience is preferable
9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals and groups of all fitness levels.
10. A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering top-quality service and a keen interest in guest satisfaction.
11. A positive, energetic, and approachable demeanor, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Hours of Work:
12. Up to 35 hours per week.
13. The working hours in the Fitness Department vary from 7am to 10pm daily.
Salary:
