Hayward Hawk are delighted to be working once again with our client to help recruit for a Corporate Receptionist to support the team by providing day-to-day logistical, hospitality, and operational support across a variety of internal service areas. This role is a full time permanent role that will be fully office based. What you'll do Serve as the first point of contact for all guests and staff entering the office, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in process. Oversee the appearance and function of shared areas such as reception, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces. Handle general switchboard and front desk enquiries, managing incoming calls, messages, and email communications. Coordinate meeting spaces and flexible office use, ensuring proper room setup, IT readiness, and refreshment arrangements. Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate catering, technology, and venue needs for events or high-level meetings. Coordinate office hospitality requests such as floral deliveries and corporate gifting. Manage inbound and outbound post, including distribution and courier logistics. Maintain and monitor stock levels for office supplies. Provide backup to other business support functions including team assistants and operations staff. Contribute to the organisation of in-office functions, including preparation of materials and venue setup. What you'll need Prior experience in a reception or front-of-house environment. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths). Previous experience in an administrative, facilities, or office support role within a professional or corporate setting. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong time management, with an ability to handle competing priorities in a busy environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with room booking systems and workplace scheduling tools. Hear more?
