Description

* Provide first-line support to employees and managers on HR-related queries.
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and documentation.
* Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with other HR teams to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
* Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
* Monitor and respond to queries in the shared HR inbox, escalating issues where necessary.

Profile
