Key Responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with leadership, develop HR strategies, advise on talent management, and support organizational growth.
2. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Manage complex employee relations, advise on performance strategies, and promote employee engagement.
3. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipelines, and develop leadership talent.
4. Learning & Development: Implement training strategies, champion leadership development, and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR tools, implement metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
6. Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy creation, ensure legal compliance, and oversee HR operations.
7. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and culture change programs.

Person Specification:
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent, with proven HR leadership experience.
* Experience in strategic HR, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
* Proficiency with HR systems like Sage HR, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
* Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
