A growing out-of-home media business is looking to hire a Local Sales Executive to help drive new business across the Aldershot area. The company delivers targeted advertising campaigns for brands and local businesses through a portfolio of high-footfall environments including shopping centres, health clubs, cinemas, universities and leisure venues. Their media platforms enable clients to reach audiences in engaging, real-world environments where attention and visibility are high.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities and working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new advertising clients within the local market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and decision makers
* Present creative advertising solutions tailored to client needs
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
* Consistently achieve sales targets and revenue goals
* Maintain accurate activity records through CRM systems
What They’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales, business development or account management
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
* Confidence in building relationships with local business owners and decision makers
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once
* Proactive, motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven role
* Experience in media, advertising, marketing or local sales would be advantageous
