You will like The Site Manager job itself where you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, ensuring productivity, and delivering projects within stipulated timescales. Your key responsibilities will include:
Compiling and maintaining site-specific HSEQ documentation.
Establishing sites to meet required standards and maintaining accurate records of work and resources.
Communicating regularly with the Site Agent and Project Manager regarding site progress.
Identifying and escalating scope and commercial changes onsite.
Monitoring weekly site costs and reporting on performance.
Promoting company policies, values, and initiatives.
You will have To be successful as a Site Manager, you will have:
A proven track record in safely delivering projects, alongside knowledge of Civil and Structural Projects.
Experience in overseeing subcontractors and understanding site safety requirements.
The ability to recognize quality standards and incorporate structural refurbishment techniques.
A relevant construction qualification or substantial site experience, ideally with SVQ Level 4/5.
IT proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Project, and Excel.
SMSTS certification and a valid driving license.
First Aid qualifications.
In addition to the essentials, if you have experience working in clean water environments or confined spaces, it would be beneficial.
