Role Description
A key focus of the role is managing inbound enquiries and strengthening relationships with existing B2C and B2B clients to drive repeat business. This position is ideal for a confident, target-driven sales professional with experience handling inbound sales conversations within the vehicle leasing sector, converting enquiries into long-term customer relationships and repeat sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
* This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries received via our website and phone, providing timely and professional support to both new and existing customers.
* You will convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities, engaging with customers to explain available options, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles. You will also generate new business opportunities and confidently close sales over the phone, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the process.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal completion
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
* Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity within the CRM system
* Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
* Stay up to date with vehicle leasing products, offers, and market trends
* Ensure all sales activity is compliant with FCA and company regulations
* Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience
Skills
* Vehicle Leasing experience preferred but not essential
* Experience selling to both B2B and B2C customers
* Strong closing skills and confidence handling objections
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving results
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Company Commission Scheme, OTE £40,000
Office based, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Saturday working 1 in 4 weekends with a day off in lieu.
