Interim HR Manager (FTC – Maternity Cover | 12–14 Months) - March/Early April Start
We're working with a growing, private equity-backed, multi-site UK Engineering Services business, to appoint an experienced Interim HR Manager to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR leader who enjoys operating at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a small HR function and partner closely with senior leadership to support a growing, nationwide business.
You'll take ownership of the full HR remit from employee relations, performance management, recruitment oversight, compliance, engagement initiatives and executive reporting, to also supporting business growth and integration activity. This role offers visibility and influence at senior level.
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist
Clear M&A / integration experience - harmonisation of systems, processes, contracts etc
Strong UK employment law knowledge and ER confidence
Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic priorities
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) desirable
