HR plays a pivotal role in helping the business achieve its strategic and operational goals. The function is central to fostering a positive, high-performance culture where talent can thrive. With continued growth and transformation, the HR team is expanding and introducing new initiatives across a range of areas - making this an exciting time to join.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this operationally focused role will be varied and hands-on, covering the full HR lifecycle including:
1. Employee relations and performance management
2. Organisational design and change
3. Reward, benefits and payroll
4. Recruitment and onboarding
5. Talent, engagement and L&D initiatives
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You'll be comfortable working autonomously, proactively identifying issues and delivering tailored solutions. Some travel across Scotland will be required.
Key experience and attributes:
6. Demonstrable generalist HR experience, ideally in an SME or field-based environment
7. Strong ER case management skills
8. Commercially astute, with a problem-solving mindset
