Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve the quality management system to ISO 9001 and AS9100 registration standards
* Monitor product conformance and implement improvement initiatives
* Assist with corrective actions and manage non-conformances and customer complaints
* Provide technical support to the sales and production teams
* Work closely with customers and suppliers as required
* Lead and mentor a team of technical quality inspectors
* Support production and ensure compliance with all specifications and standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the production facility
Qualifications
* Full valid driver's license (meeting company vehicle requirements)
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, or industrial environments
* Minimum of 5 years' experience maintaining a documented quality management system
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong safety and attendance record
* Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to motivate others
* Strong organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
* Excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and decision-making abilities
* Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
* Willingness to travel occasionally
* Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk significant distances
