We are seeking a talented and professional Sales Executive to play a key part in the continued growth of our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Dealership in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity to enter commercial sales, selling one of the world's most exciting brands.


Working Hours & Benefits

Your working hours are between 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 5pm, which is a rarity in the motor trade.

Benefits include a company car and an OTE of £50,000. The successful candidate will receive guaranteed bonus earnings for the first 3 months to support your start!


Ideal Candidate & Training

This role would ideally suit someone with previous automotive sales experience. However, if you are a successful salesperson with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets, we would like to hear from you. We offer extensive training and support to help you reach your potential and advance towards future management roles.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Satisfaction (CSI): Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations to ensure an industry-leading buying experience.
2. Maximising Opportunities: Prospect, follow-up calls, handle inbound enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet leads to develop customer relationships and create a positive first impression.
3. Maximising Profit: Follow the sales process and meet monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, and add-on products.
4. Data Quality: Collect and maintain accurate customer and vehicle data to optimise the customer database.


What We're Looking For

A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed. Confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent are essential. Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers is important. A valid UK driver’s license is required. Experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
