The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a growth-driven marketing executive to join our Marketing team at Founders Forum Group. This Campaign Marketer will promote our emerging ecosystem events including our global Founders Longevity Forum series, spearheading acquisition marketing in this vertical across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
The Role:
This superstar marketer will be tasked with creating targeted content and campaign strategies to attract new audiences across entrepreneurship, leading global corporations, top investment funds, academia, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
* Targeted demand generation via carefully researched campaigns
* Developing campaign frameworks and segmentation plans
* Facilitating automated lead generation and qualification
* Reviewing and qualifying leads for curated event guest lists
* Working closely with our event and media partners to bring new FF events to market
* Refining marketing messaging for new propositions
* Deploying a test-and-learn approach to successfully acquire new audiences
* Planning and implementing paid media campaigns driving event registrations
* Owning the registration process for ecosystem events and maintaining smooth integration into CRM systems and marketing platforms (we use Swoogo, Typeform, Salesforce, Pardot, and a range of other tools)
* Regularly reporting on audience acquisition to cross-functional teams
* Managing event websites and organic social media content
* Writing invitations, nurture emails, and event communications
* Producing event apps, marketing toolkits and liaising with partners, speakers, PRs and guests
* Briefing and overseeing the development of signage, slide decks, digital and printed collateral+ comfortable using tools like Canva to produce marketing assets in-house
* Overseeing photography and videography output from events
Required:
* Substantial experience marketing to grow new audiences – ideally in an event-marketing or events-adjacent role
* Proven track record delivering on marketing KPIs and ushering leads through the marketing funnel
* Curious self-starter who begins by asking why, then connects the dots and takes initiative to drive impactful results
* Clear and confident communicator, comfortable managing numerous stakeholders and competing deadlines
* Experience working with creative freelancers to design, develop and test visuals that drive engagement
* Excellent organisation and time management skills with sharp attention to detail
* Seasoned social media marketer, with expertise in paid social media and search campaign management
* Experience managing a website via a CMS such as WordPress or equivalent
* Experience using a CRM system to collect and leverage audience insights to optimise engagement
* Robust email marketing experience using a platform like Pardot, Mailchimp or equivalent
* Startup mentality; you’re a team player with a can-do attitude, and eagerness to consistently exceed objectives
* You have an active interest in tech and entrepreneurship
* Disruptor: always looking for how things can be improved and never settling for good enough
* Creative problem-solving and reasoning abilities with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs

Our Application Process:
