Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
5. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
6. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding materials.
7. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities.
8. Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
9. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry.
10. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or Human Resources role.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
17. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
