About Our Client

Job Description
3. Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies and processes to aid business improvement performance.
4. Ensuring a proactive culture so that customers receive our products and services to the highest standards of quality possible.
5. Support the Compliance Manager to maintain the Quality Management systems for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 and including third party external audits.
6. With the support of relevant departments, maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance within the whole company.
7. Manage the investigation of quality issues arising from IPQC, FQC, OQC, non-confirming product, field complaints and returns.
8. To manage Quality Control plans using a risk management-based approach. Utilising the MRP system to record and control pass/ fail criteria
9. Support production by creating inspection criteria and checking first off production items for ECNs and new product launches.
10. To support the Compliance Manager with internal audits within the company. To carry out and record internal audits.
11. To support the launch engineers in development of suitable work instructions during product launch.
12. To carry out and record supplier audits either desk top reviews or site visits
13. Use Corrective Action process for non-conformances with internal and supplier issues to drive continuous improvement
14. Support production in their NCR, customer complaints and corrective action processes.
15. Keep informed of developments and updates in standard and regulations applicable to the company Quality Management System
16. Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enhance safety, environmental performance and quality throughout the organisation.
17. Engage cross functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions to address quality challenges.
18. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action process to address quality issues and prevent recurrence, ensuring accurate recording of issues and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Quality Manager, that's come from a manufacturing background, as well as:
19. A recognised engineering/science qualification
20. Comprehensive understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
21. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001)
22. Internal auditing experience - along with facilitating external auditors
23. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
24. If you have experience & knowledge of ISO13485 & 14001 that would be desirable
25. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
26. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
