We're currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients
* Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract booking
* Proactively process event enquiries and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets.
* Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries
* Proactively sell the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
* Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
* Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling
* Ensuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set.
* Work with event planners effectively to provide a seamless handover for final event details
* Nurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities.
* Network with internal and external stakeholders.

* Previous experience within the Hospitality Sector
* Knowledge of Delphi booking system (but not essential)
