HR Officer
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a multi-site, large-scale and leading manufacturing organisation based in County Antrim in the recruitment of a HR Officer (permanent) and a HR Officer (12 Month FTC)
Reporting into the Assistant HR Manager, you will get exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a clear pathway to Senior HR Officer level in 6-9 months.

What will you do?
Reporting into the Assistant HR Manager, you will provide full-cycle end to end employee HR Support to 500+ employees alongside payroll and existing HR team. Duties include:
1. Administer all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and contractual changes.
2. Maintain and use HR systems and databases for reporting and data analysis.
3. Coordinate full recruitment cycle: job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, testing, and offers.
