Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Newark-On-Trent. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting regular audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with production managers to ensure continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring staff on quality standards and procedures, and addressing any quality-related issues that arise. Qualifications Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes Proficiency in developing and implementing quality management systems Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the agricultural or food processing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Newark-On-Trent
