About the Role
LRL are recruiting for an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee a major residential build project in
Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff. This long-term opportunity (up to 2 years) will see you managing a range of
firestopping works, including:
Fire door installations
Re-cladding
Balcony amendments
Other fire protection measures
This is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role on a high-profile project, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will:
Oversee day-to-day site operations on firestopping works.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all health, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Manage timelines, budgets, and progress reporting.
Provide support on other nearby projects as required.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, candidates must have:
SMSTS / Site Managers Card / CSCS .
NEBOSH certification .
A
full, valid UK driving licence
(essential for travel between projects).
Proven experience managing fire protection or firestopping works.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Desirable (not essential):
Fireproofing-specific qualifications.
