Equans is looking for a Quality Manager – Hard Services to join our team in Pinderfields Hospital on a permanent basis. This full‑time role works 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement the Contract KPI Compliance System and Statutory/Mandatory Compliance Systems across Technical Services.
 * Develop, implement and audit a comprehensive compliance framework covering Service Compliance, Commercial Compliance, SHEQ Compliance and Regulatory & Statutory Compliance.
 * Work with the Performance and Workflow Manager to prepare audit criteria, programmes and systems of non‑conformance reporting and management.
 * Consolidate performance reports for each department and distil them into summary reports for management.
 * Prepare monthly compliance reports for the Account Director, Head of Technical Operations and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring accuracy and validity.
 * Prepare individual and consolidated reports for internal and external audit teams.
 * Identify areas of improvement, collate improvement plans and report to the SLT.
 * Monitor and trend key compliance indicators, producing reports to support Senior Technical Managers and assisting with closure of associated non‑conformances.
 * Maintain high personal competence in compliance matters to ensure consistent standards throughout.
 * Design, produce and deliver all materials necessary for operational leads to follow company standards, act as initial focal point for all queries relating to compliance.
 * Prepare and present monthly/quarterly and annual performance reports to the Account Director and SLT, designing and owning a compliance audit plan and tools for all areas.

Qualifications
 * Experience in team leadership, finance knowledge and business & technical environment.
 * Previous demonstrable management experience in the healthcare environment.
 * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent.
 * At least 5 years post‑qualification relevant experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills and flexible attitude.
 * Familiarity with healthcare sector operations and maintenance of healthcare buildings/premises.
 * Experience working within Permit to Work procedures.
 * Knowledge of healthcare guidance (HTM) is an advantage.
