Senior Site Manager – RC Frame Residential Block – Harlesden (Freelance, Long-Term)
We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new phase of a RC Frame residential development based near Harlesden.
Project Overview:
* 200-unit RC frame apartment block
* Currently at Groundworks and Piling stage
* You will take full site responsibility from groundwork through to handover
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily site operations to ensure the project progresses on time and within budget
* Oversee subcontractors, enforce H&S standards, and maintain quality control
* Coordinate with internal teams including the Senior Project Manager and Construction Director
* Maintain site documentation and reporting procedures
* Drive the project through key stages including superstructure, envelope, fit-out and final handover
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on RC Frame residential projects
* Strong knowledge of groundworks, piling, and RC frame construction, Internal fit out.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
* SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required
