Our Sales Team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with our customers, and we're now looking for a passionate and proactive Telesales Executive to join us.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be based at our Padiham office, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Projects, and Marketing. You'll be responsible for engaging with both new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and helping them access the full range of services and solutions LCM offers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building rapport over the phone, enjoys the challenge of cold calling, and is motivated by targets and results. You'll be supported by a knowledgeable team and given the tools and training to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
* Proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers using a designated call list, online research tools and self-generate leads.
* Confidently handle inbound sales enquiries, distributing them to the relevant project manager and where possible converting to opportunities.
* Cross-sell and upsell products and services to maximise customer value and satisfaction.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.
