Job Summary
Conservatory Design Sales Executive – self‑employed position with SACMIS, located in Royal Sutton Coldfield, England, United Kingdom.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their homes.
* Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand customers’ requirements and design preferences.
* Provide expert advice on conservatory options, materials and design possibilities.
* Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals tailored to each customer.
* Educate customers about our products and services, think on your feet and cross‑sell where appropriate.
* Use industry‑leading training to build confidence in presenting bespoke living space and conservatory products.
Qualifications & Experience
* Self‑motivated, confident communicator capable of engaging senior‑level customers.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, builds rapport.
* Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of achieving targets.
* Flexible to varied workloads and working hours.
* Strong eye for design and ability to translate preferences into CAD plans.
* Experience in home improvements (or similar) preferred.
* Full UK driving licence and own car.
